What happens during your free appointment?
Your local advisor will bring with them all the books for each different type of blind, shutters, and/or curtains – depending on your choice(s).
This will be booked at a convenient time and date for you.
Your advisor will answer any questions you may have and allow you to look through the books to view the galleries, samples, and information.
While you are doing this, they will professionally measure the windows of your choosing for the type of window coverings you are interested in (the measurements vary depending on your choices).
Once the measuring has been completed, they will provide you with any advice you may need and answer all of your questions.
Your choices will be put into a full quotation for you, there and then, based on the sizes that were measured. If you do not wish to go ahead straight away, you will be provided with an information booklet containing contact information for when you have decided.
After you have submitted the order, your blinds will be manufactured for you and the same advisor will later fit them at a convenient time/date for you.
